I am a lifelong Washingtonian and the founder of Three Point Law, formerly Franzel Law, PLLC, which I established in 2013 with the goal of delivering high-quality and fairly priced legal support in estate planning, real estate, and landlord/tenant law.

Prior to founding my own practice, I cut my teeth at other law firms in the Seattle area. I first entered the legal profession in 2005, as a paralegal at a small firm in Washington, D.C. I then went on to earn my J.D. at the University of New Hampshire School of Law, where I served on the Student Bar Association and organized recreational sports as a longtime fitness enthusiast and advocate.

I've been a practicing estate planning lawyer in Washington for nearly a decade — in that time, I've developed the knowledge and experience to help my clients reach successful outcomes frequently. But I'm still young enough that you can count on me to advise you and your loved ones for years and decades to come.
